well im using the lasso tool and whenever i let go it says that none of the pixels are more then 50% selected does that mean i have to make the lasso bigger? because i tryed making it bigger but it said the same thing...

no,
when you click on the lasso tool, under the "file, edit..." bar, there's a bar that says "feather" erase whatever number it has in the box, and type 0, then press enter. That should fix it. |
