This is a request for someone, so dont say anything about the theme. The wanted the layout simplistic, a bunch of black swirls for the banner, bright colored stripes as the background and the words Say what? Let Loose.
I still need to fix the comments page, but i think it came out pretty decent. Obviously it's on a tester. Comments and constructive critism are always welcome. here |

very simple, and bright, but the swirls look a little weird lol, it doesn't really look like swirls
