This needs to be in "webdesign".
The text. Well, first of all, it's on a path, so first you get the pen tool and make a little wavy line. Then take the text tool and put it over the line so the icon looks like [A] instead of A. The glowyness is probably just a blurry drop shadow right behind the text. The stars are a standard brush in photoshop, probably really easily made in PSP. Again, I'm just saying how I would go about doing it in paint shop. Most likely, this image was made in photoshop, where you would still put text on a path but then use the outer glow. Hope that helps. |

yeah this post doesnt belong here
i dont have psp9 so i dont know what options are the same as ps7, or how 9 works but the stars are juss brushes, i dunno if that brush comes eith psp9 but you could probably download it off a site if it doesnt. and for the font in ps7 theres a text warping button, that you clik to warp your text, and it does it automatically, all you have to do is clik how you want it to be warped |

No, there's a text wrap/distort function in photoshop. it may be on a path.
For photoshop there is this on the text tool: [the black box, it's highlighted] ![]() There should be something like that on psp. |
