Do iframes work in a xanga layout? Options

If you weren't a Xanga premium user, is there a way to get iframes to work? More specifically, I was trying to put this code into my xanga..

It's a quote that changes everyday.. but I tried entering this into my header and into my interests.. neither support the code. It only works when I enter it in a new entry, but I was hoping to have it integrated with my xanga layout.. Is there a way to do that??
