a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's day. twelve roses. 10 real, one chocolate, and one silk. and he told me 'i'm yours until the last one dies.' but i dreid them all out, so i've still got all of them, actually.

for valentines day my bf stuck notes all over my house leaving me clues to look for the chocolates and stuff.. but that wasnt the matter lol what matter was that he actually stayed up and took time to think of this and did all this wen i wasnt home and surprised me wen i got home

Measure love by effort not material things
Most girls fall easily for gifts of roses, chocolates and whispers of `sweet-nothings. But any guy can fork over a few bucks for flowers and jewellery. Instead, you should judge your guy by how much blood, sweat and tears he gives to you (ie. effort). Any rich guy can buy you things, any poor guy can sweet-talk, but not all guys will devote their time and energy for you. Judge your mate by the risks they take for you, not by what they can do for you easily... |
