replacing words, interests, music, movies, ect. Options

Does anyone know the code where you replace the text: Interests, Music, Movies, Television, Heroes, etc. with what i want them to say ?

for example: instead of it saying "Music" it would say something like "what i listen to" .. get what im saying ? a response is appreciated, thanks.

You use this code:

Put this in your About Me.

Then when you edit the section you use this:

Then type in the title.
