when i put it on my myspace the words would not go into regular text..like it would either go all uppercase or all lowercase..how can i change it to be normal?

Like those, your text-transform is all either uppercase or lowercase.
You should remove all of the text-transforms in your code.

you have a custom contact table. I don't know why, but the url (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b84/ricanshortiie82/contacttable.jpg)

doesnt show up for me as well..then when I put it directly into the browser..it shows up on your page.

uhm...try another image..or take out the code..
