I'm making a buddy icon out of the pic(his head and part of his hand) I attached, but all my attempts have made the pic a bit too big. Can somebody out there help out?

Uhm.. I just resized it.
A buddy icon is 48x48, so yeah. It should be the right size.. |

I cropped and resized the pic, but it's a couple kb too big. Someone help, please.

I just resaved it at a lower rate and compress some colors.
Now its 2.52kb , I hope that low enough for AIM. Glad to help!
