Extra Table, not needed Options

So. Here's my myspace.

I did the thing where you can change around your friend space, here.

But now on my comment box, it erased some text that read "Leave me a comment!" Also, under my friend space, I have an extra table that I don't want, where my old friend space was. I need to know how to get my text back above my comment box and how to get rid of this table!!
