putting a stroke on the letters

what the heck is a custom member title?

i have photoshop and image ready but i cant figure out how to put an outline on the font like this skin clickie clickie. how did they do that??

Edit -> Stroke (Outline Selection). Erm, PS also has a little 'f' thing that you can click and add a stroke to the letters. Someone else can explain better.

i dont get it. when i go to edit i see stroke. there is no outline selectionn or an "f"

It should work the same for text, but you'd have to select the layer with the text on it.
Also, the 'f' is by the layer's name... I think. -doesn't use PS-
