its....pretty bad. but i just re-downloaded the trial of paint shop pro (yes..u can redownload it.) and i felt like i had to do something.
 edit:/ lowered the opacity on the lines and added brushes.  comments? |

Its good I like it. Spiece if up with some brushes.
does the 3rd pic just look like a deer in the headlights or is it just me? sorry..shes just so wide eyed. |

^ Agreed about the brushes.
I'd also suggest lowering the opacity of the scan lines. They'd look more subtle and soften the blend. Great job!

the second picture pops out too much. the other ones have like a toned down feel, but the second one in really clear.
