Livejournal code help!!, comments not appearing, image dup, etc.. Options

Hello ^_^x This is my first time attempting this and no matter how many times I go over the codes, I still end up having problems. Here's my lj to show: http://www.livejournal.com/users/seleschan

Here's my problems:

1. The area where you can view or post comments on my lj isn't there though it's in the coding.

2. Image is duplicating though it's at 1024x768 and I can't seem to get it to work correctly.

3. Even though I've changed the wording for profile, friends, etc, it still there on the top.

4. I would actually prefer the image to be the full background and the text going over that. How do I accomplish this?
