there is a banner on top that has like 3 different colors. how do i do that? Also, where can i get that heart brush way over to the left side on this banner (for photoshop)

for the heart, use the font webdings, and type in a capital "Y"

thanks and where would i get the dashed lines?
also on the tutorial for blending, it said fill layer.. how do ifill layer. lol im really new at this |

i'm not sure if there's a brush for that. although, i do know that you can just zoom in and use a 1px square and dot each pixel like a pattern.
like this sorta; ![]() and when you zoom back out it could look like this;
