i have a question, if you do not put your real age if you are under 16, is it possible for tom to know you are underaged? replies are greeeatly appreciated :D

Yes, they will delete your myspace without any notice if they find out that you're under 16.

what if you've never put it on your myspace and you have no evidence of showing you're under 16? and like could he possibly tell by a picture that someone is underaged?

No. If you don't leave any clues or evidence with proof that you're under sixteen then it's very unlikely that they'll find out.
