Her cheeks kinda look a bit puffy IMO.
But the skin looks very smooth, just a bit puffy. |

adjust the skin part around the mouth, the eyes, try and put more detail into her shirt&hair. it's not bad!

The shading around her mouth is too dark...did you posterize the picture? If you did, it looks like you guessed around in that area...she sort of looks like she has cleft lip. =\

to me, from my point of view her face seems alittle distorted and it makes her cheeks look squeezed in sorta. good job on everything else though.

it's pretty good but the strand of hair by the cheek looks funny.
yah it doesnt look like hillary duff, but the original picture doesnt really look like her either. lol |

right where her mouth is and across its really really dark, and the hair should be more detailed.
its still very good! just lighten up the skin. |
