battle forum?, graphics battle that is... Options

Well, i'm new, so i'm not sure if someone suggested this already but, w/e. Anyways, i think it would be pretty nice if we ahd a battle sub-forum on the digital arts board. I know we already have tournaments already but the battle forum will give us a chance to face another person one on one. It's just a suggestion though, people might not want to have a competitive feel, i love it though

Oh yeah, sure.... Create more drama on CB. I like the idea, I just don't think it could be implemented very well. -shrug-

^ I was thinking that as well. I don't think it's necessary. There are already some contests and you're welcome to make some of your own. 1 on 1 battle on what? Making better graphics? Would there need to be voting too? That would be pretty complicated and might stir up some controversy as well.

meh, w/e it's just a suggestion, it's an easy way for people to get better. that's how i learned all the graphics forum i've been to has it, so that people could improve. but i guess you guys haven't been introduced to the battle scene yet, so it's all good.

i have a another idea that would solve a problem.

The host can pin a topic so everyone can their competing banner ONLY in that topic. If not, they will get a warning or suspension.

At the end of the month, there would be massive 1 vs 1 graphic tournments in a single topic.

Then ..

someone have to make another pin topic .
People would have better opportunities to choose which banner is better in tournment 1, tournment 2, tournment3 and so on. (all that in one topic)

It's kind of the same thing as cB superlative where everyone can post "who's the best"

It would save a LOT of space.

i think it's a good idea too. i've seen it on other forums, you can see the peoples' true talent. it'd definately be more interesting than just looking at graphics people made out of boredom.

That forum was probably all about "graphic forum" .. but i dont think cB is graphic forum. (that's my opinon.)

Graphic battling and rap battling are different. Rap battling can be offensive, stupid, spammy, annoying, etc. Graphic battling is a simple one on one between players where they can get advice about their graphics, improve their skills and etcetera.

Eh, I think I'm changing my mind. This sounds like a pretty neat idea.
