its uhm, how can i explain, under where they have where they can contact you, it has this url box saying your url for your site. i would take a pic but i dont know how.

i think you're referring to something that is on your main login page, and not your profile.
no where on a basic profile does it have the URL to the persons myspace. |

ohhh i see what you're saying. it's been so long since i've seen a default page i didn't know what you meant.
i'm guessing this is something they've added since the creation of the short URLs... so at the moment i personally do not know how to remove it but i'm positive that you can. sorry i couldn't help. |

You can get rid of the words in the url box, but if you have borders around your tables, then you'll have a skinny blank box
 Another alternative is to move the contact table [if you have it] over the URL box. that's what i did. It looks a little odd, but i'd rather have that than that darn URL box. If you choose to positiobn the contact table over it, then you can't have your contact table transparent.

the code didnt work for me, the code just made my url box smaller, and take out the stuff inside. any other codes?

you can actually remove it. but it will only work if you dont have a border. witch really sucks. u could cover it by puting the contact list over but i dont have the code. still looking though.
