background positioning Options

I thought I had fixed my background image to appear at the bottom right portion of my page, and it still stays fixed at the top left although in the coding it says bottom right. Please tell me if anything is messed up in my coding:

also, the xanga link is this. and since i make layouts and this is the only thing ruining this one im about to post on my layout site, its really annoying.

ha...i got it. POSITION is spelled wrong...I spelled it POSISTION... <---that's me only add blushing lol.
