Oh I always had trouble.
Cause it gives you like 15 different folders, I always clicked the one with the largest file size and see if that was the one that made it download onto my computer haha. |

look for a zipped folder, its usually zipped when you try to find where you saved it. if you can't find it search it.
unzip then install, that might help also |

It usually has a guided installation process as well. Do all that shtuff.
