Say you were given a free computer built to your specs. What would you need in it? What's important.

The best computer I would build:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ or Intel Pentium 4 3.4ghz
1 gig ddr2 ram
200 gig hd
nice case
decent motherboard
dvd burner
xp pro

is this what you were asking?

I agree with Ryanoman that would be a badass computer ^_^ also have two hard drives... two hard drives is the best thing to have! i have two hd's one is 20 gig and the other is 10 gig but now that i just got a full time job i will be upgrading my hard drives..muwahahahah ^_^ and also a sound blaster is really good for your sound, and lets see..... yeah and diffently make sure to get xp pro and not xp home because xp home is the worse! okay.lol hope that helps.. but i would build one like what Ryanoman mention.............
