Could you guys help me? :), subject/font on music/etc Options

This is the first time i'm trying to do something different with my personal lj and it's kinda beating me

Could you guys help me with some things?

First of all, I don't know how to put the subject after the date and hour (if it's possible)... I can't change the font-size on the description of my mood/music and links " livejournal userinfo"/"livejournal calendar" either
I wish I could put those usual links (calendar, friends, entries) above the table, but I can't do it either
