tables getting cut off Options

my tables get cut off partway through my interestes and then partway through my 'about me' blurb... then you scroll way down (about the length the rest of what was cut off would be) to the comments. is there anyway to fix that?

also on a more unrelated note (while i'm asking for help anyway), is there a way to make it so that when i hover over a picture it's normal colored? i have it semi-transparent right now, so having the pictures colored normal when i hover would be cool.
