for 46:
You start at the N then go 17 ticks clockwise and that's the first letter. From that letter, you go 36 ticks counterclockwise for the next letter. Then, 20 clockwise, and etc. When you're done, you should get the word.
And, you get the numbers from the code.

Type the names into the Google search engine.
The names are slang. Rhyme slang to be specific.
Type in the name and the word slang.
