Because you can't have layer-background-image.

well i wanted it in the bottom part of my profile nd i pasted it in about me section
i took the picture from a layout cause i wanted my whole profile to be blank except for the picture at the bottom then that way i could div layer the top with what ever i wanted  like see how its at the bottom? thats what i wanted |
