i'm 5'10" and its really hard to find guys taller than me. but dont worry about it. if ppl find it weird, then its their problem. and its ONLY an inch. if you really liked him, you wouldnt care.

eh. i dont think your shallow its just your taste we all like different things. being 5'5 1/2" sometimes feels like im 5'9! but whatever just be comfortable and ignore that fact that your taller.

theres actually a bunch of ppl i know going out where the guy is shorter than the girl..so its ok...and height doesnt matter to me..im pretty short so the guys i talk to..i usually have to crane my neck to look at..which is tiring..so i wouldnt want someone super tall..

i feel the exact same way,
n i obviously turn down all em boys that were shorter than me, its not that im shallow but they gotta understand from my perspective, i just dont feel comfortable. BUT this is different i guess, if u really like him n its just a 1inch defferences. it shouldnt bother much, just give it a try. |

oddly enough, i'm drawn to guys that are shortish. my boyfriend is 5'6" which could be considered short even though he's 2 inches taller than me. i don't judge a guy based on his height, and as long as he's not extremely short, i really don't care. if his height bothers you, then move on. but height isn't everything.

I don't find many guys shorter than me, cuz i'm 5'2'', but if you like the guy enough, you'll figure out how to deal with it. Sure, things may be awkward at first, but if you like the guy, go for it!

YES! i like this person but hes a tad bit shorter. i also feel kind of uncomfortable when i'm chubbier too.
