Too many times, actually. I don't know why, but people just think I work everywhere. Once, I was in JcPenney's kid section and a lady was like "Hi, do you have this in size blah blah and this color blah blah", I swear she was rambling there for 10 minutes, and I finally got a word in, saying "Er, I don't work here" and she got all smart with me. _dry.gif

(the people working at the store wear the same colors except sometimes khaki pants i think)..and so this one lady came up to me and ask me where tha markers were.. ...i told her that i didn't work there. she laughed and i just smiled and walked away

i haven't started working anywhere yet...it'd be cool tho happy.gif

Before i start asking people where things is i look inquiringly at them and say "Are you a worker/Do you work here?"

Ive been mistaken for a worker quite a lot of times. Usually in clothes stores. If I know where the item they are looking for is i direct them to it, but if i dont i just tell them im not a worker.

I work at Pizza Hut and our place is located in the lower levels of a hotel. Someone thought I was one of the janitors and asked me to clean up a mess they made on the upper level of the hotel. =/

I carpool with my boyfriend, so I hafta show up early a lot to work. On days when I'm there up to an hour early, I'm walking around the mall in my dress pants and whatnot, so in most department stores I look like an employee. So yeah, it happens a lot. It's embarrassing sometimes, but mostly just amusing.

Just a few times. I think it is funny and I usually just say "Oh, I don't work here!".

My boyfriend once got asked at Walmart for help. It was hilarious, esp. because he was wearing a red shirt and kahkis-which is Target colors.

and i just stood there.. and said "i dont work here.."

I think I have once.

Which is pretty weird considering I'm young as 13. And actually, if I'm thinking right, it was way before I turned 13. blink.gif That person must've been lost...
