Alright heres what i did at my school.

Go to getmozilla.com and click on download, on most XP systems you will be able to download it to a folder on the desktop with no trouble. Once you have this install it. But dont import settings from iexplore. Now go find a proxy list. Take it and go to your settings in mozilla and put in the proxy and the port # and if you get a good number you should be able to go anywhere.

Yeah, my school's computer blocks aim. It's slow & laggy when you go on xanga/myspace & freezes up the computer. Other than that, it's pretty fast for a Mac. I guess wait 'til you get home or try to find other interesting webistes.

Yeah, and when the sysadmins find you installing unauthorized programs, you'll get suspended.

^Don't install anything. You will get in trouble..

I would just wait until I got home, I mean, five min on CB isn't worth getting suspended.

One way to get to xanga I know is to go to bablefish (I think its bable.altavista.com but don't take my word for that) and below the translator box, there is a "translate webpage" box. Stick your link in there. Last I knew it worked.

You should just wait until you get home, it's not like you're going to die if you don't access these sites.
My school only blocks off xanga, I think the administrator didn't know about aim, msn or createblog.

You may be able to change the internet properties on IE, if that's what you use at school. Change it so that it uses a proxy server, which you would have to find on your own, that doesn't block all those things.

if that made any sense.

Anywho, that's what I do wink.gif
