CGI-BIN:
CGI-BIN - A directory on the server where the executable CGI scripts reside.

for you to have a form you dont nesscarly need your cgibin

here are some email forms:
http://pixelfx.org/tuts/html/emailforms.html
http://pixelfx.org/tuts/html/mailtosubject.html
http://pixelfx.org/tuts/html/mailsubbody.html
http://pixelfx.org/tuts/html/email.html

those are all diffrent kinds . no cgi bin required. just simple codeing.

There is one that requires cgi & php its kind of harder to do .
