I think blowing up at everything somebody says that can potentially be racist is ridiculous. Why do people always have to watch what they're saying? Some people use derogatory terms for every single race, including their own, does that make them racist against everybody including themselves? No.

There are some acts of racism that are unacceptable, i.e. at Teacher's College at Columbia, somebody hung up a noose in front of a black professor's room and a swastika in front of a Jewish professor's room. That's racism and that's not okay and you know what? It wasn't encouraged. There were rallies against it all through campus.

But when somebody is kidding around, other people really need to chill out.

Well, if you look at it like I do. Everyone's a little bit racist. We've all got that knowledge that has been passed on by our parents. If you're white and you see black people...what's the first thing that usually pop's into your head? A black joke.

Same goes for other races. I mean, everyone just makes a ridiculously big deal out of something that will not climax beyond the KKK.
