1: How can I make each of the interests (music, general etc.) appear on seperate tables?

2: Tieing in with the one above, how can i make extra interest tables?

3: how do i get the "breaks" that can seperate paragraphs whatever? should i just use an image?

[edit] also, how can i get borders around the titles that make it so the background inside the border is see-through? (music, about me etc)
