please help - re; new tables |

Ok,so I used a code I found on here to create a new table,and so I made several. Unfortunately,they are way longer in width than the rest of my boxes.
HERE is myspace I've tried changing all of the numbers in my code,but it doesn't change the length. Help would be MUCH appreciated,thanks in advance

it says "width="300".. width"435".. width="435"
^ change the values of the width. |
