I NEED HELP WITH 4 THINGS, pleeeaaase??!? Options

i basically just need help with 4 things.

1 how do you change the names of "music-movies-interests-etc..."(i really need this one!!)

2.how do i get a border around interest-movis-etc. like a little box to put each word in, just the word's "music-movies-interests-etc- not the information underneath of them.

3. how do you make seperate tables?

4. how do you make a nice picture marquee,and have all of the pictures,and/or icons the exact same size?

please help!!!
