adding links to layout Options

that's my layout right now... I want to add some links on the page, either on the side or anywhere basically, how would I do that?

I want the links to appear somewhat like this:
http://www.livejournal.com/users/_rubyraindrops/

With the layout you have up right now, you won't be able to create a sidebar, that will fit into the layout, unless you make the width of the table (your entries) smaller, and add a sidebar code.
