marquee title bar!!!!, i need smart people help Options

i have a code for a scrolling title bar (you know the thing at the top that says USERNAME'S xanga.) yeah. but it isn't like scrolling. so can someone fix my code or find me the code that work. then i will love you forever and ever and well ever.<33

i used a script for the title bar in the scripts section --- do a lil search and you'll find it, dont know if its the same one though.
