What "moving thing"? Do you mean the background? If you mean the background, it's just an animated GIF.

^ not the hearts, the lines that go all over, in the corner. I would tell you the img src for them but I can't right click on it. It moves to fast..

Oh, I see. It doesn't work in Firefox, it only works in Internet Explorer.

It definitely behaves differently in IE. The hearts don't even move in Firefox, and the crosshairs don't appear at all.

It works for me in firefox, maybe somethings wrong with the crosshairs.

Have you viewed it in Internet Explorer as a comparison? There is no doubt it behaves very differently.
