What do you mean by glowing? You could do an outer-glow and then make it a brush..or you could do tons of things.

use any brush you want, and input it where you want on the document, make sure it is on a new layer..in the layer palette, click on the layer you want the brushes to glow on, right click on that layer, choose "blending options", and check "outer glow", and just change the px size, colors, etc.

But..you  never told us what program you had....for the above, it is for ps7, or any other ps... happy.gif

it doesnt say blending options wen i right clikc on the layer...
