font color and everything, help! Options

im sorry, i know this is asked a lot. but every time i put the code in it dosent work.
i'd like my font to be a different color in some words of the sentance
ex:umm how do i do this lol: i [blue]love music.

and then i want to be able to make those words bigger or smaller.

and have this border thingy with it in.

i basically want my myspace words to look liek that, with the exeption-i want the words to be hot pink and aqua, and white
