Nice shading on the face but the hair's a lil weird. But it's really good for your first, you just need some practice.

That's adorable! I love it. It looks so realistic. I envy all you vexel/vector people
 The hair needs more shading and it's a bit lopsided and stiff. Otherwise it's beautiful.
