right side custom module, how do I put a scrollbar? Options

I have a custom module code on the right side of my site. I want to put in a scroll bar so I can make it thinner and shorter without having to shrink the content inside it. How do I add a scroll bar to it?

This is the code I'm using (but I will be editing it with more links as I go) Ignore all the "</br>" createBlog added those in - I did not put them there.

I also edited this code to remove an extra module below it. Is there anything else I can take out in this code that is not needed?

Also is it possible to have a different background colour behing each link? Thankyou very much if you can help me.
