Rearranging, Comments...my only difficulty |

So I previously requested help in making comments reappear on a div overlay.
I figured it out myself. All I need is help on relocating the comments. It is on the top portion of my page and I can't seem to get it where I want.  Basically, relocation of the comment section is my objective. Anyone know? |

it isnt a matter of just absolute positioning. You have to alter the page manually with the closing values of other tables and stuff
