Okay i have gone through almost all 26 pages of the xanga help and I couldn't find what I was looking for.
 Does anyone know how to make Icons???  I would really like to make animated ones. (see attached icon)  The one who tells me lots of cookies to you cuz i have been searching for many hours...

I don't think this belongs in xanga help more like web design anyways you use programs like Adobe Photoshop and there are some tutorials here on how to make some things
