Hovering over an image, i need help with some code Options

ok so i want the main pictures to turn gray and flip BUT when i put the code in they do one or the other....sooo...my question is

Is it possible for the pictures to do BOTH, or can thy only do one at a time?


this is the code i used. I thought I would add it because it's simple

I think it's only possible for images to have only one filter for hovering..
