Change Cursor on Menu Buttons, How do you? Options

How do you Change the Cursor on mapped Menu Buttons?
I am trying to get mine so that a the cursor changes to a crosshair when you hover over a link like on the rest of my page.

this is definitely in the scripts section.

on the a:hover, u just put crosshair for the cursor, and on the other ones: a:active, a:visited, a:link, just put a different cursor.

edit/ nevermind...took me a minute to grasp what u said. ^that probably wont work....its worth a try though. maybe if u put the crosshair on a:active....hm...

OK I Put the a.hover cursor change to croshair, and it works fine on all links except the mapped buttons on the header. Here is my code
