Help with boxes/spacing |

Okay ... This may be a little confusing - so bare with me =)
I want to be able to have a little blank space AROUND the OUTSIDE of my text, but inside the little green border. So that the text isnt running right into the border. Take a look at my page so you can see what I mean - Linz' MySpace <3. I believe its called padding or somethin. But I'm not sure what the code is, or where to put it exactly.
