moving my custom modules, ..don't know how to. Options

well i've already asked about this but nobody seemed to know what to do. someone tried to help me but i don't know what happened to them. anyway you see the custom modules that say "+click." & "iheartmusic(:" ? well they're not suppose to be at the top. they're supposed to be on the left where they belong. does anyone know how to move them or if something's just wrong with my code?

i just took a stylesheet and messed around with it to make it my own. anything wrong in there? i'd really appreciate the help. thank you.
