New Playlist Problems, please help! Options

Hey everybody, if you have the time please help!

I just got a drop-down playlist today and filled it with songs, but I cannot get it to play! Here is what I have in my html header.

Thanks, I've got the songs working now but now I have another problem.

I can't change songs, I mean it will play all of the songs but I cannot change them. If I select another song, the previous one will just keep playing? If anyone could help I'd appretiate it!
