jus click on edit html on your post for you site and put this on the top and then resize it to what you want

<DIV style="OVERFLOW: auto; WIDTH: 350px; HEIGHT: 200px">

This code is annoying me... no matter what size I put, it won't have a scrollbar. Like, it changes to whatever size I want, & but there is only a scroll bar when I'm editing, but when I click "submit" there is no scroll bar, only a different size box.

This could be because your entries aren't long enough to enable the scroll.

first off if your going to have scroll bars on your entries take off the box xanga cuz thats going to get really annyoing expecially with a scrolly mouse...ok here make sure you put this first...it has to be the first thing in edit html

<DIV style="OVERFLOW: auto; WIDTH: 100px; HEIGHT: 50px">

try that ...it should be small enough...you dont what you entries too small and have a scroller on them its stupid...so when you have a longer one you should put it on...but its your site O.o
