Singe table for posts only, is it possible? Options

I've tried searching for a code, but maybe I wasnt searching correctly. Is there a code to make the posts show up in their own table? But not where each entry is a seperate table. So the left modules have all their own tables and such how they usually are, but then the entries instead of having seperate tables are all in one table.

Sorry if that doesnt make sense. I don't have an example to show though.

Yes, if that is another name for it I just want a single box only for the 5 or so xanga entries that appear on the page. I drew an example on paint...I hope it better shows what I am trying to explain
