The first looks like Palatino Linotype, which should be a default font on your computer.

^ It also sort of looks like Georgia. In a very small size and bolded, too, I think.

^ Or Book Antiqua. Really, anything that looks like that, because not many people can tell the difference between all those fonts that look so similar.
