Scrolling pictures, how do i get them on top of my site Options

how do i get the 'scrolling' pictures on top of my xanga site? (ya know..like several of them that 'move' across the top of your site.) ive seen them but i dont know how to do it. does anyone have to code or can tell me what to do please! and can it be used with an already designed layout (not done by me)? thanks!!!!!

Pick any of the ones that say marquee.

i have them on my site and i used this code
